Carol Harney - Family Solicitor in Brighton

About Carol

I qualified as a solicitor in 1984, and started Harney & Wells (previously Harney & Co) in 2005. I have been an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel, representing parents and children for 15 years.

I treat all of my clients with dignity and respect, and do my utmost for them. I do my best to be calm and professional in all situations however difficult the going may get. I believe I am organized and show attention to detail. I understand how important a client’s case is to their life and do my best to support and reassure them during what is a difficult and stressful experience.
I am a member of Resolution, and the Association of Lawyers for Children (ALC) as well as our local Law Society.

I am married, with 4 grown up children, and enjoy reading, singing, gardening and spending time with my family and friends.

My secretary (for nearly 15 years) is Jane Taylor, she can be contacted on jane.taylor@harneywells.co.uk.
